Organic Amendment Nutrient Calculator

Welcome to the Organic Amendment Nutrient Calculator app! This web application enables you to estimate the nutrient releases and budgets from soil, crop management and organic amendment information specified by yourself.

How to use

1. Specify soil properties of your paddock on the "Soil data" page. Soil properties can be set manually based on your records or retrieved from the national database.

2. Specify crop management on the "Crop data" page.

3. Specify organic amendment product information on the "OA data" page. The product information can be imported from a csv file or set manually.

4. Check out the estimated nutrient release and nutrient budget on the "Output" page.

5. Repeat these steps for multiple plans and compare them on the "Compare plans" page.

6. Functions to compare fertiliser prices and optimise fertiliser combinations are currently under development and tentatively available on the "Compare prices" page.
