THIS FUNCTION IS UNDER DEVELOPMENT. This function optimise the combination of OA and synthetic fertilisers by minimising the cost to achieve the target nutrient balance. Inputs are (1) estimated plant nutrient demands (N, P, K at the moment), (2) estimated OA nutrinent releases, and (3) specifies OA and synthetic fertiliser prices. Calculate the nutrient release from the OA product in the "Output" page first to use this funciton.
